Howdy Folks!
I was born and raised outside of Kansas City, MO where my love for good BBQ began at an early age. I graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where I met some great people and was immersed in the “Good Life”. I purchased my first smoker in 2019 and thus began the start of my BBQ journey. In August 2022, we attended our first BBQ competition in Gibbon, Nebraska. Since then, we have competed in and won many competitions, catered different events, and smoked food for our friends biggest life events! Good food made with good quality ingredients is my passion. I am proud to create a product that I hope can both bring home first place trophies and wow your friends and family!
